Hi, friends. How are we doing? We know everyone is just taking it day by day and we’re doing our best to continue to offer inspiration while we support vendors and couples through all the unknowns. Deep breaths and big (virtual) hugs.
There are a few things that almost always lift our moods. One thing is simply to get moving. We don’t have to give you the science behind exercise and emotions (please reference Legally Blonde re: endorphins); let’s just all agree that it WORKS. Another thing we love? Free stuff. And there are a lot of talented, generous creators out there who are offering free resources for your mind + body right now during this time of crisis. We thought we’d share (and continue to update) a list of ways you can spend some time on your mind + body right now — without having to spend a cent.
If you do partake, please consider leaving reviews and sharing on your social media platforms. Small businesses and the creative community all need our support right now. App reviews may seem like no big thing, but they really make a difference and it’s something simple we can all do.
Lots of love…we hope you find this list useful!
