This chic soiree starts with an interactive pop-up shopping experience hosted by local artisans Lore + Made By Kwest.

Never underestimate the power of brunch! This rust and blush party continues with an elevated brunch-themed cocktail hour. Guests nibble on fare from Hook & Press Donuts and cheese boards by Slate Catering, while sipping Low Pigeon coffee + Happy Canyon rosé.

Prickly Pear Mezcal Sour

“Prickle your fancy” with this summery spin on the Mezcal Sour!

Cocktail Shaker

Ingredients

1.5 oz Yuu Baal Mezcal
2 bar spoons fresh-pressed ginger juice
.5 oz lime juice
1 oz prickly pear purée
1 egg white (or 1oz aquafaba to keep it vegan)
.5 oz orgeat syrup
edible flowers (optional)

Instructions

Shake lime mezcal, ginger juice, lime juice, prickly pear purée, and egg white in a cocktail shaker (or in a tightly lidded 1-qt. glass jar) until frothy, about 1 minute. Fill shaker with ice, cover, and shake again until outside is frosty, about 30 seconds. Strain through a fine-mesh sieve into a glass. Garnish with a few edible flowers.
