Cutting, arranging and installing wedding flowers in the walled garden of an old country house

Flowers
Georgie Newbery, flower farmer and florist, cuts 1,567 stems to create an amazing wedding in the walled garden and orangery of grand old country house @Elmhay Park, part of @Orchardleigh House & Estate. Using a bespoke structure created by Nathan Shaw of @floralfabrications (see his instagram for amazing Inspo!) she and her team create the most beautiful frame for a Chuppa for her lovely bride who’s been waiting for three years for this wedding because it was postponed and postponed through the pandemic.

See what Georgie cuts, how she keeps herself cool, clever tricks with ribbon (inspired by @Chapel Designers Holly Chapple) and a brilliant speeded up film of how the team create the Chuppa.

This is real fun in the sun with wedding flowers. Enjoy!
